Rascal Flatts expand tour once again

Rascal Flatts ' "Still Feels Good Tour" is off and rolling, and the country superstars have added more concert dates through August.

The trio launched its North American outing two weeks ago, selling out arena shows in Manchester, NH; Albany, NY; Buffalo, NY; and New York City's Madison Square Garden, according to a press release. The guys, who are currently overseas for their first tour of the UK, will resume North American dates Feb. 7 in Toronto with Kellie Picker opening. Since last check, shows have been added in Memphis; Jacksonville, FL; Little Rock, AR; Salt Lake City, UT; Portland, OR; Tacoma, WA; and San Jose, CA.

Rascal Flatts have also added a new run of dates on the Live Nation Country Megaticket subscription series, which allows fans to reserve the same seat for several star-studded country concerts at venues throughout the US. Those shows, scheduled from mid-June through late August, will feature special guest Taylor Swift. Further information is available at Live Nation's website, and Rascal Flatts' full itinerary is listed below.

The group is coming off of a stellar 2007 in which its "Still Feels Good Tour" closed out the year as the 10th best-selling tour in all genres, according to a press release. The members also took home a slew of honors, including their fifth consecutive Vocal Group of the Year award from the Academy of Country Music.

Rascal Flatts' September release, "Still Feels Good," marked their third consecutive No. 1 debut and has reached platinum status. The set spawned the band's fastest-rising hit, "Take Me There," as well as its latest hit single, "Winner at a Losing Game," which is streaming at its MySpace page.

"Still Feels Good," Rascal Flatts' fifth studio album, follows "Me and My Gang," which was the biggest sales debut of 2006 and has since sold more than 4 million copies.

The bandmates--Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney--have sold more than 16 million albums in the US and scored nine No. 1 singles during their seven-year career, according to a press release.
