Faith Hill Makes Surprise Appearance At Final Strait Festival Show
On Sunday night (6/11) in Houston, singer Faith Hill made a surprise appearance at the sold-out final stop of the George Strait Country Music Festival.
Dressed as a Houston police officer, Hill led her husband Tim McGraw off of the stage in handcuffs at the end of his performance--earlier this month, McGraw and tourmate Kenny Chesney were arrested following a previous festival stop in Buffalo, N.Y. (McGraw and Hill are scheduled to kick off a co-headlining tour in Atlanta on July 12.)
The festival played in 10 cities to a total of nearly half a million people, according to the tour promoter.
Other performers on the tour included Mark Chesnutt, Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack and Asleep at the Wheel.
