Paolo Nutini combs 'These Streets' of America

Scottish singer/songwriter Paolo Nutini has unveiled the details of his two-month North American outing, during which he'll headline his own dates and share the bill with fellow British soul singer Amy Winehouse .

Nutini is set to play Baltimore's Virgin Festival, Chicago's Lollapalooza and a few European festivals next month before launching his headlining tour Sept. 7 in Buffalo, NY. He'll start an eight-show double bill with Winehouse Sept. 12 at NYC's Central Park Summer Stage, then continue with his own club and theater shows across the US throughout October. Nutini will also appear at the Sept. 15 Austin City Limits Festival in Texas. Details are listed below.

When the 20-year-old singer launched his first full-fledged North American tour earlier this year, ticket demand prompted organizers to move a number of shows to larger venues.

Nutini's debut record, "These Streets," hit shelves in America last January to critical acclaim. The album's latest single, "Last Request," is currently No. 3 on Radio and Records' Triple A airplay chart, where lead cut "New Shoes" previously climbed to No. 1, according to press release.

Nutini's soulful adult-alternative music and boyish good looks have been broadcast all over television recently, as he's made the late-night talk-show circuit and performed on NBC's "The Today Show." His music has also been featured in network series including "Grey's Anatomy," "One Tree Hill," "What About Brian" and "Men In Trees."

The singer debuted his album in the UK last summer and has become a fast-rising star there, recently receiving the Best Male Solo Artist nod at the annual Brit Awards.

Nutini signed to Atlantic Records shortly after his 18th birthday and headed to Liverpool to work on "These Streets" with producer Ken Nelson (Coldplay, Ray LaMontagne). The record debuted in the Top 50 on The Billboard 200 and reached No. 3 in the UK. Several songs from the set are streaming at Nutini's MySpace page.
