Rockers Chevelle have teamed up with renowned horror-movie director Wes Craven for a promotion dubbed "The Hills Have Eyes/15 Gigs of Fear'" contest, an open call for fans to cut their own video for Chevelle's new single, "Well Enough Alone." Entrants can register at FoxAtomic.com, where they'll have access to an editing tool that will allow them to create videos using clips from Craven's "The Hills Have Eyes" and upcoming sequel "The Hills Have Eyes 2," as well as their own original content.

Craven will choose the winner from a pool of the 20 highest-rated finalists, as determined by peer voting. The grand-prize winner scores $3,500 and a trip to L.A. to meet with Fox Atomic studio execs to pitch a movie idea.

"Well Enough Alone" is the lead single from Chevelle's forthcoming album, "Vena Sera," which hits stores April 3.
