The number of dates on Lindsey Buckingham [ tickets ]'s spring jaunt has doubled in the last couple of weeks. The Fleetwood Mac singer/guitarist is now sporting shows from the East Coast to the Midwest from early March to mid-April, with a couple of Canadian dates on the itinerary as well.

Buckingham will kick off the third leg of his North American tour March 7 in Tampa, FL, and wrap things up April 18 in Salt Lake City. Back-to-back gigs are scheduled at venues in Albuquerque, NM, and Boulder, CO. A summer run is already in the works, as well. Confirmed shows are listed below.

The outing is the performer's first solo tour in nearly 14 years and supports his first solo album in just as many years. "Under the Skin" was released in October; songs from the set are streaming at Buckingham's website and MySpace page.

"Under the Skin" follows 1992's "Out of the Cradle." Buckingham said he was inspired to get to work on his latest solo effort after reuniting with Fleetwood Mac for 2003's "Say You Will."

The musician expects to release another solo album at the beginning of 2008, according to a press release. He recently told the Dallas Observer that Fleetwood Mac plans to regroup for a release in 2009.

Buckingham has also been hitting the television circuit, his next appearance set for "Late Night With Conan O'Brien" March 22.
