The Bravery paves way for new album with club trek
Alt-rockers The Bravery have lined up several private shows as they look to get back into the touring swing after several months off spent recording their second album, due early next year.
The New Yorkers will make a very limited number of tickets available to the public for their upcoming outing, which kicks off Nov. 28 in Boston. Indie rockers Radio 4 will handle opening duties on the eight-city trek, which runs through mid-December.
Fan hoping to grab one of the tickets for The Bravery's upcoming club tour should check out the band's website for further information. The site also features the itinerary for the group's in-progress run through clubs and various festivals in South America.
The Bravery's upcoming sophomore effort, which will carry the title "The Sun and the Moon," follows up on the band's self-titled 2005 debut, and features production by Brendan O'Brien (Pearl Jam, Bob Dylan). The band worked with O'Brien in his Atlanta studio, as well as "various apartments scattered around New York City," according to a posting on the group's website.
