Snoop Dogg arrested on gun, drug charges
According to the Los Angeles Times, police approached Broadus for an unspecified "vehicle code violation" while his car was parked in a loading zone, and officers "said they soon discovered a gun and marijuana in his vehicle."
He was charged on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a gun, and suspicion of transporting marijuana. Broadus was freed after posting a $35,000 bond, and is due in court on Dec. 12.
Just last month, the rapper was arrested after he allegedly tried to take a collapsible police baton onto an airplane at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, CA.
