Their fall tour just got underway, but Deftones [ tickets ] continue to add shows to their schedule as the rockers begin the push behind their soon-to-be-released album, "Saturday Night Wrist."

The outing, which opened last night (10/26) in Oklahoma City, now encompasses new stops in five cities, including Las Vegas, San Antonio, Boston and New York. The band has also penciled in a second night for its previously announced stop in Los Angeles. Details are shown below.

Next Tuesday (10/31), Deftones offer up "Saturday Night Wrist," their first release since a 2003 self-titled set. The new disc features the cut "Hole in the Earth," which is currently available through iTunes, and is streaming at the band's MySpace page.

On the eve of the new album's release, Deftones will give an in-store performance and sign autographs at the Virgin Megastore in Los Angeles. The store has been distributing to fans who pre-order the disc wristbands that will grant access to the event. According to a blog posting at the band's MySpace page, the first 500 wristbands sold out within hours of being released last Friday (10/27). Due to the demand, 100 more wristbands were made available today. More information is available at the aforementioned MySpace page.
