Rolling Stones nab more opening acts

As The Rolling Stones ' "A Bigger Bang" tour nears its final month in North America, the legendary rockers have confirmed the remaining support acts for their upcoming shows.

Among the new acts who have signed on to open one or more shows are fellow Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Bonnie Raitt , as well as Los Lonely Boys , Ian McLagan & The Bump Band, The Fray , Blue October, and George Thorogood & The Destoyers. Supporting acts for all upcoming shows are listed in the itinerary below.

The Stones continue to tour behind last year's "A Bigger Bang," the group's first new studio set since 1997's "Bridges to Babylon." The disc debuted at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 album chart.

The "A Bigger Bang" world tour launched in August 2005 at Boston's Fenway Park. Besides North America and Western Europe, the outing has also visited Japan, China, Australia and New Zealand.
