The 2008 edition of the long-running Vans Warped Tour is finally winding down. The festival sets up shop tomorrow (8/8) at the Boise area's Idaho Center Amphitheatre, with stops to follow in Washington, Oregon and California. Fans will enjoy the usual heavy hitting punk and alt-rock fare, as well as Halfpipe Skate Ramp action. The tour's lineup has varied from location to location, but has included acts such as
