The Hotel Cafe Tour [ tickets ] wrapped its 4th full-length outing in front of a sold-out crowd at Hollywood's Fonda Theatre last week.

The tour is an offshoot of the influential club, a Hollywood mainstay for years that's become a local launching pad for artists like Joshua Radin [ tickets ], Rachael Yamagata [ tickets ] and Sara Bareilles [ tickets ].

On Tuesday (11/18), the revolving lineup of the tour offered up Yamagata, Emily Wells, Lenka, Thao Nguyen, Meiko and JayMay, each doing their own sets and joining in with each other at various points.

The result proved a powerful mix, with Yamagata easily holding down the headliner slot with her honey-and-whisky voice showcased over a selection of songs from her two full-length releases.

In other highlights, Emily Wells' inventive hip-hop beats and vocal loops with classical violin broke up the pace in her two mini-sets, while Thao Nguyen rocked things up with the strong house band. Here are some photos from the show.
