Featured Photos: David Byrne at Davies Symphony Hall, San Francisco CA - Oct. 6, 2008

The task of summing up David Byrne in two or three paragraphs is daunting, to say the least. We know him best for his work as the founder of Talking Heads, but the man is a prolific artist in every sense.

A Grammy, Oscar and Golden Globe award winner, Byrne has been involved in creating films, soundtracks, plays, photography and sculpture (including whimsical bike racks around New York City).

Currently focusing on music, Byrne and his band are touring the US in support of his new release, a collaborative effort with longtime friend Brian Eno entitled "Everything That Happens Will Happen Today."

LiveDaily's Tim Mosenfelder caught David Byrne's show at Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco Monday night and took some photos of his performance.
