Willie Nelson [ tickets ] has been tapped to headline the South Padre International Music Festival [ tickets ], scheduled to take place Oct. 31-Nov. 2 at more than 10 venues across the Texas island, according to a press release.

The second annual fest also will feature Foghat [ tickets ], Los Lonely Boys [ tickets ], Blue Oyster Cult, Ghostland Observatory [ tickets ], Alejandro Escovedo [ tickets ], Fastball [ tickets ] and Sara Hickman [ tickets ], among others.

Three-day weekend passes to SPI Music Fest are available at a discount rate until Aug. 24 at the event's website. A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit Hurricane Dolly relief efforts in the Rio Grande Valley.
