Shania Twain, "Mutt" Lange Separate
Country singer Shania Twain, 42, and producer Robert John "Mutt" Lange , 59, have split after 14 years of marriage, according to published reports.
Lange--who produced mega-hits for Def Leppard and AC/DC, among others--was behind the boards for all of Twain's material that followed her 1993 debut, and collaborated with the singer on most of her biggest hits.
A new Twain album is expected later this year; Universal Music Group Nashville hasn't said whether or not Lange had a hand in the forthcoming set.
