Bob Dylan [ tickets ], Chuck Berry and Iggy & The Stooges are among the newly announced acts joining the eclectic lineup at the 3rd annual Virgin Mobile Festival [ tickets ], scheduled to be held Aug. 9-10 at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MA. Previously announced headliners Foo Fighters [ tickets ], Jack Johnson [ tickets ], Kanye West [ tickets ], Nine Inch Nails [ tickets ] and Stone Temple Pilots [ tickets ] also will be joined by The Offspring [ tickets ], Wilco [ tickets ], Cat Power, Paramore and The Swell Season.

The lineup has been reported as final, however event promoter Seth Hurwitz said more artists are expected to be added at the last minute.

"Our bill is really strong now," Hurwitz said in a statement. "But in the last two years, acts came along at the last minute that I had to pass on as the lineup was set in stone. This year I'm adding a new element of keeping a couple of choice slots open so I can take advantage of new opportunities over the next few months."
