Amy Winehouse was "cautioned" for common assault Saturday (4/26) after spending the night in police custody, according to published reports.
Winehouse turned herself in for questioning on Friday (4/25) after a man claimed he was assaulted earlier in the week by the singer. Winehouse admitted to London police she slapped a man with an open hand, but she was released with a warning and will not face assault charges.
