Elton John Raises Millions For Hillary Clinton's Campaign
Elton John 's benefit concert April 9 at Radio City Music Hall raised more than $2.5 million for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, according to published reports.
The concert was announced in March with a mass e-mailing, signed by John, to Clinton's supporters. In the message, John reportedly wrote how much he enjoys throwing a party for a good friend. John also promised a great photo op: Clinton, her husband, Bill, and daughter, Chelsea, all together on the Radio City stage.
