Joe Perry [ tickets ] is scheduled to undergo orthopedic surgery on his knee Mar. 18, after two years of postponing the operation so he could continue touring with Aerosmith [ tickets ], according to a press release.

Perry's knee has worsened over the years and his pain had become chronic, and his knee finally gave out after playing two shows with TAB the Band--which features his two sons, Adrian and Tony. Because of the necessary recovery time, Perry has canceled an Apr. 5 solo show in Niagara Falls, NY.
