More Super Bowl musical events announced
Rihanna , Fall Out Boy and Lifehouse are set to perform Jan. 29 as part of the Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Bash at Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa, FL, according to a Billboard report. The concert, which will air live on VH1, is just one of the musical events being held in conjunction with Super Bowl XLIII, which will take place Feb. 1 in Tampa.
Enrique Iglesias and Belanova will play a separate Pepsi Smash show, also at Ford Amphitheatre, on Jan. 30. Highlights from that show will air Jan. 31 on Telemundo.
Also on the 30th, Nelly and the St. Lunatics will headline a Coors Light party at Orlando's Hard Rock Cafe. The venue will be fitted with "snow machines, base camp, tents, bivouacs, mountain climbers and blasts of frosty, flavored oxygen" to simulate a Rocky Mountains motif, according to Billboard.
As previously reported, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band will perform during the big game's halftime show.
