Annuals
Adam Baker (vocals), Kenny Florence (guitar), Mike Robinson (bass), Zack Oden (guitar), Anna Spence (piano), and Nick Radford (drums) create the shiny happy indie rock sounds of Annuals. Hailing from Raleigh, Baker, Florence, and Robinson have played together in various bands since childhood. With the addition of Oden, Spence, and Radford, the musical collective was born in 2004. Annuals' spunky energy draws influences from the likes of Mike Patton, Brian Wilson, Paul Simon, Radiohead, and Aphex Twin, and in a live setting, Annuals are also known to switch up instruments. Stateside shows with Tapes 'n Tapes coincided the release of their Ace Fu debut, Be He Me, in fall 2006. ~ MacKenzie Wilson, All Music Guide
